EqualCareers presents the questions clearly and concisely, prompting further discussion on the disparities in support and opportunities between male and female athletes. In discussion with different stakeholders we will create optimal conditions for the development of female athletes, providing support to governmental and sports organisations in crafting robust strategies. Our approach includes benchmarking current practices against industry standards to pinpoint areas needing improvement. Focusing on enhancing talent identification, early-stage development, coaching methodologies, and competition planning, leveraging advanced technology and analytics to strengthen athlete pathways.
